Right in every respect - the PR professional must have a seat at the management table. PR is about providing an interesting story, a truthful story, a story that (as you say) not only tells us what you are doing buy why, anticipating the question "why should I care about this" and delivering the answer.

Thank you Mr.Hazlett for leading me to this amazing interview. Very powerful stuff!
I am, kind of ,shocked by this video, not when Mr. Seitel saying never lie, but "jack of all trade". As an MBA student figuring out true interest and career direction, I almost wanted to commit suicide (kidding of course) because except of my ability of understanding and connecting with people I am a "jack of all trade"always want to know why why why.
This video gives some direction for future career choices. Thank you again for Mr.Seitel and Professor Hazlett! You make my day!

Great video interview, especially for young PR pros or students who are thinking about PR as a career pursuit.
